Terms of Service
Last updated: November 01, 2026. Effective immediately for all registered tenants and users.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Tenant", "you", "user") and FeeFlow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("FeeFlow", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the FeeFlow software-as-a-service application located at feeflow.in and related API services.
By registering an account, clicking "Start Free Trial", or accessing the dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.
2. Tenant Accounts & Access Credentials
To utilize FeeFlow, you must register as a Tenant (e.g. Gym, School, Coaching Academy, Healthcare Clinic, or other enterprise). You represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to bind the entity you represent.
- You will maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- You are solely responsible for all activities and messages dispatched under your tenant credentials.
3. Strict Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
FeeFlow implements logical and architectural tenant isolation. Each Tenant's data (including member rosters, phone numbers, payment records, and WhatsApp credentials) is bound to a unique Tenant ID.
- FeeFlow strictly prohibits cross-tenant data visibility. No tenant has access to another tenant's records.
- You remain the sole owner of all customer/member data uploaded into your tenant workspace.
- We do not sell, license, or monetize your member lists under any circumstances.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & WhatsApp Business API Compliance
FeeFlow facilitates messaging through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. As a Tenant, you agree to strictly comply with:
- Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy: You must have acquired appropriate opt-in or contractual relationship with each recipient (e.g. enrolled student, active gym member, patient) before sending reminders.
- Prohibition of Spam & Harassment: You shall not use FeeFlow for spam, unsolicited promotional marketing blasts, deceptive schemes, or harassing communications.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: If a member requests to stop receiving WhatsApp reminders, you must mark their record as INACTIVE or remove their phone number promptly.
5. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing
Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new tenants without requiring credit card details. At the expiration of your trial, continued access requires subscribing to an active paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).
Recurring Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring cycle via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, or Bank Transfer).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees paid are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable law.
6. WhatsApp Messaging Costs & Meta Credentials
Tenants connect their own Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) or utilize designated sender channels. Any per-conversation charges imposed directly by Meta for template conversations are the responsibility of the Tenant according to Meta's regional rate card.
7. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
While FeeFlow targets a 99.9% uptime SLA, the platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by third-party telecom operators, Meta network outages, or device-level WhatsApp connectivity issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, in no event shall FeeFlow, its directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
